Health Ministry Updates - May 28, 2023:
May is Stroke Awareness Month. The Health and Wellness Ministry will like to thank you for wearing the color Purple on last Sunday.
Here's some lifestyle changes to reduce your chances of having a stroke.
* Exercise daily for at least 30 minutes. (Before you start an exercise plan/regiment please consult your doctor)
* Decrease the stress in your life.
* Get at least 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
* Maintain a healthy diet and reduce your salt intake.
Continue to isolate when sick or test positive for COVID-19.
