Health Ministry Updates - April 28, 2024:

April is recognized as National Stress Awareness Month. Being under stress can have a negative impact on your mental and physical health. Here are some ways to reduce stress. 

* Pray or meditate

* Exercise 

* Listen to your favorite music 

* Get enough sleep 

* Make time for yourself 

* Ask for HELP

These are just a few ways you can reduce stress. Also, seek professional help from a therapist if needed.
