Health Tips 1-26-2025

January is National Blood Donor Month. The reason why January is National Donor Month is due to inclement weather, flu/cold season, and holiday celebrations, just to name a few. When you decide to donate blood, you are giving the gift of life. It only takes about 45 to 60 minutes to donate blood. Blood donations are used for surgery, trauma victims, cancer patients, and other vital factors.

Be a lifesaver by donating blood.
