March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month. We know that early detection can help with finding abnormal growth in the colon or rectum and assist with the treatment plan. Your risk of getting colorectal cancer increases with age, but other risk factors include:


*A personal family history with colorectal cancer.


*Inflammation bowel disease like Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis.


*Familial Adenomatous Polyposis or Lynch syndrome are hereditary.


Please seek medical attention regarding being checked for Colorectal Cancer.
