May is Mental Health Awareness Month. This month is devoted to decreasing the stigma related to mental health issues. There are millions of people of all backgrounds suffering from mental health issues. People feel ashamed or unwilling to seek help due to public opinion on mental health. Mental health affects the young and old. If you are having mental health issues or someone you know, please seek professional help.
