May is National Physical Fitness and Sports Month. This

awareness was created to promote good health, feeling better, and living longer through exercising and playing sports.

Here are some activities to keep it MOVING.

* Walking

* Swimming

* Biking/ hiking

* Playing softball or basketball (just to name a few)
