June is Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month. The primary focus is to promote cognitive health and to support those living with dementia. Alzheimer's is a brain disease that causes problems with memory, thinking and behavior. Symptoms eventually grow severe enough to interfere with daily tasks.



When we talk about promoting brain health and protecting memory and thinking, these messages are for everyone, all ages, and all communities. It’s never too early or too late to incorporate brain healthy habits in your daily routine.
