July is Sarcoma and Bone Cancer Awareness Month. July is dedicated to bringing awareness of soft tissues and bone cancer. Black people have a higher incident of osteosarcoma cancer. Osteosarcoma can start in a long bone like limbs. The common signs and symptoms could be pain located in the knee that becomes constant, swelling near the bone, and breaks in bone for no reason. Please consult your primary care provider for joint and bone pain, but all pain is not related to cancer.
