Health Tips 9-14-2025

September is National Suicide Prevention Month. This month brings awareness to suicide prevention strategies and provides support to those who struggle with suicide thoughts. We need to promote mental and physical well-being support to individuals who are dealing with suicide thoughts. The suicide rate in black males is higher than females. The rate of black adolescents and young adults is increasing. If you are depressed or know someone who is thinking about suicide, please seek professional help. Call 988/KY Suicide, Mental Health & Substance Abuse Lifeline.
